Contract processing uses the credit rate for the document’s page count. The estimate above uses the current rate card; you can review the actual credit cost before submitting a document.
When does a package start and expire?
The validity period starts when the package is activated. For a paid package, that is after payment approval. Unused credits expire with their own package, and switching packages does not extend their original expiry.
What happens after I get started?
Create your account and complete your organization setup. You can then activate an eligible free package or submit a payment request for a paid one. Paid packages activate after payment approval.
