What it does

Every rate in the contract, as data you can work with

Hotel contracts arrive as PDFs, spreadsheets and scanned pages, each laid out differently. The platform reads them and returns the rates, seasons and conditions as structured records, leaving anything it could not settle for a person to decide.

  • No payment required
  • 8 languages
  • Each organization's data kept separate

What it reads from a contract

Each section has its own tab in the app, reviewed and corrected on its own.

  • Seasons
  • Room Price
  • Occupancy
  • Child Price
  • Offers
  • Allotment
  • Stop Sales
  • Cancellation
  • Extras
  • Policies
  • Allowed Days
  • Billing
1 · Extraction

Any layout, one structure

Stop retyping contracts. Every hotel lays them out differently; what comes back always has the same shape.

  • PDF, Word, Excel and scans
  • Contracts in different languages
  • Structured fields, not highlighted text
2 · Review

Every value beside its source

Faster, surer checking: next to each value is the line of the contract it was read from.

  • Field-by-field review
  • Uncertain values are flagged
  • Correct in place, on the same screen
3 · Validation

Catch mistakes before your customers do

Contradictions surface before the price list goes out, not after a customer finds them.

  • Overlapping seasons and gaps between periods
  • A board basis priced twice
  • A rate that contradicts its own conditions
4 · Price lists

Price lists without retyping

Build the price list straight from the extracted terms, with season boundaries and occupancy rules already applied.

  • By season and room type
  • Occupancy and child rules applied
  • Lists from several suppliers in one format
5 · Teamwork

An approval workflow, with your own codes

Nothing is sent without review: preparing, reviewing and sending can sit with different people.

  • Prepare, review and send stages
  • A set number of approvers, with permissions per role
  • Your own hotel, room, board and region codes

How work reaches the platform

However a contract arrives, approved data leaves in the shape your systems expect.

  1. Intake

Upload directly, or let contracts arrive by mailbox. The Agent can also sync documents from a machine on your own network.

    • Agent
  2. Review

Extracted records are presented for checking against the source, field by field, with the passage each value came from in reach.

    • Beside the source
    • Approval workflow
  3. Export

Approved data leaves as an Excel file, through the API, or straight to your booking system.

A blank field is a decision, not a gap

When a contract names a room type the platform cannot resolve with confidence, the field is left empty rather than filled with the closest guess. A wrong value that looks right costs more than a blank one: the blank costs someone thirty seconds, while the guess travels into a price list and is found by a customer.

See it on your own contracts

The fastest way to judge extraction quality is to run it against a contract you already know well.
