Questions we are asked most
Short answers about how extraction behaves in practice. If yours is not here, write to us.
Frequently asked
- Which file formats can be uploaded?
- PDF, Word and Excel files, including scanned documents. Older .doc and .xls files are converted during upload, so they do not have to be saved again first.
- Why is a field empty after extraction?
- Because the contract did not say it clearly enough to settle. An empty field is deliberate: the platform does not fall back to a default room type and does not guess from a similar name. Fill it in during review and it stays filled.
- How are amendments handled?
- An amendment is read against the version it changes, so the result shows what moved rather than a second full contract to compare by hand.
- What languages can contracts be in?
- Extraction is not tied to the interface language. The interface itself is available in English, Turkish, Russian, Japanese, Arabic, Persian, German and Dutch.
- What can be exported?
- Price lists and contract reports. Export runs from the reviewed data, so a correction made during review is reflected in every export after it.
- Where do uploaded contracts live?
- On the instance running this platform, under your own tenant. Contracts are not shared between tenants.
